An Arkansas native, Lance moved to Dallas in 2000 after earning his Master’s Degree from Stephen F. Over the years, he has consistently maintained a 98 percent sales-to-close ratio by combining detailed market analysis with strategic pricing and marketing plans tailored to each property.
